Leading Through Change

Very excited to announce that I was awarded acceptance into the Royal Roads University program “Leading Projects in a Digital Environment (LDPE)”
Some of the things I am learning are:
Practical and proven methodology for leading and managing change;   •
Exploring the difference between change leadership and change management; •
Obtaining wise practices leading, managing, communicating and evaluating change and crisis.

It is a fascinating course and while some of the concepts I am very familiar with in, as far as understanding use of self and being aware of ones own energy and how to use it in a positive way, many other concepts are new to me. I know it will be very helpful in assisting my clients and students.

For ten months now, I have been doing my facebook live at 11 sharing healthy recipes and natural heath information, as well as sharing my herbal knowledge, having fun with recipe failures and successes online, so that I can contribute to helping others learn about healthy foods and creating health supplements through herbs and spices in ones own kitchen. People have told me that it has been very rewarding in that people are less afraid to make mistakes in cooking, because I make the mistakes for them 🙂

The Royal Roads course is helping me to “polish” my casual wisdom into a more professional personality, and helping me to transfer into a more structured leadership role, that might be even more helpful to others.
